Job description
Amazon Fulfillment Technologies seeks an Applied Scientist to lead the development of agentic systems for operational decision making and orchestration across Amazon buildings. You will build full agentic systems leveraging multi-agent orchestration, tool use, memory, and action execution.
You will train LLMs using rejection sampling, SFT, continual post-training and RL. You will mentor interns and author academic papers for external publication, while delivering rigorous offline and online
