Job description
MITRE Corporation seeks a Lead Agentic Software Engineer to design, build, secure, and operate mission-focused software platforms using AI-enabled techniques. You will drive architecture, implement guardrails, and mentor teams in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
This onsite role requires 3 days per week on-site and involves developing production-grade systems, collaborating with sponsors, and advancing AI-assisted engineering best practices across multiple domains.
