Job description
OptumInsight is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to design, build, and scale agentic AI systems that improve healthcare delivery and operations.
In this IC leadership role, you will drive architecture, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions, integrate with internal platforms, and ensure compliant use of AI in a regulated environment. Remote within the U.S. with in‑office 4 days/week for Minneapolis/DC hires.
