Responsibilities
Design and optimize AI prompts for voice, chat, and email agents using Eleven Labs, OpenAI (including OpenAI Voice), Claude, Grok, and Vibe Code concepts.
Build and test workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, and integrate systems via webhooks and APIs.
Oversee technical architecture for AI agent deployment and ensure scalability.
Mentor the Junior AI Implementation Specialist and guide technical strategy.
Conduct basic user testing to refine AI interactions for natural user experiences.
Required Skills
3-5 years in AI implementation or software development.
Expertise in prompt engineering for voice, chat, and email agents, with hands-on experience in Eleven Labs, OpenAI (including OpenAI Voice), Claude, and Grok.
Proficiency in n8n, Make, Zapier, webhooks, and RESTful APIs.
Strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript) for custom integrations.
Basic UX design knowledge to ensure user-friendly AI interactions.
Leadership and mentoring abilities.
