Job description
Plaid is seeking a Marketing Operations lead to own the strategy and execution for integrating AI into marketing workflows. You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents that streamline campaigns, plus partner across Marketing, BI, GTM Ops, and Web Engineering to scale AI-enabled processes.
You’ll drive change management, train teams, and optimize our Martech stack while staying ahead of industry trends and ensuring data-driven decisions. A strong background in SQL and Tableau is valued.
