Job description
GEICO is seeking a Sr. Staff Software Engineer for the AI Agent Platform to lead backend systems and diverse platform components across the enterprise. You will design, own delivery end to end, and advocate for robust, scalable services that power agent workflows.
You will mentor engineers, drive reliability through SLOs and observability, and collaborate with product teams. GenAI experience and strong backend judgment are a strong plus.
