Job description
Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Palmdale, CA, seeks a Principal/Sr Principal Systems Test Engineer to lead production test activities for aircraft systems. You will guide ATP development, coordinate reviews, and oversee exam readiness while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with design teams.
The role requires multi-disciplinary proficiency, leadership, and flexibility to work various shifts and overtime to meet program milestones. A Secret clearance is required.
