nPurpose
nReporting to the Director, FP&A, the Lead Analyst, Corporate FPA plays a critical enterprise-level role in shaping the company’s consolidated financial outlook. This position operates at the center of enterprise financial coordination across all commodities and corporate service functions. This role synthesizes cross-commodity and corporate services financial information into a cohesive enterprise forecast and executive-ready narrative. The Director relies on this individual as a highly independent analytical partner capable of complex modeling, challenging assumptions, and elevating the rigor of enterprise planning and reporting. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to leadership.

nAccountabilities
nnnDrive the consolidation and critical evaluation of monthly and quarterly forecasts across all commodity and corporate service FP&A teams.
n
nnAssess financial drivers, trends, and cross-commodity/corporate service performance dynamics.
n
nnIndependently challenge assumptions and identify key risks, sensitivities, and opportunities.
n
nnSynthesize complex cross-FP&A inputs into a structured, executive-ready financial narrative supported by clear visuals and decision frameworks.
n
nnPlay a central role in managing the annual budgeting and multi-year planning processes.
n
nnCoordinate enterprise timelines and version control across stakeholders.
n
nnAlign planning assumptions across FP&A, Regulatory, Treasury, and Tax.
n
nnTranslate diverse inputs into an integrated enterprise narrative.
n
nnDrive the development of monthly and quarterly enterprise reporting packages.
n
nnAnalyze variances and articulate forward-looking implications.
n
nnSupport preparation of executive and Board-level materials.
n
nnElevate reporting from descriptive to insight-driven and decision-oriented.
n
nnTranslate complex financial data into clear, concise, and visually compelling executive presentations.
n
nnDistill large data sets into key messages, framing financial results in a way that supports strategic decision-making.
n
nnAnticipate executive questions and ensure materials are structured to withstand senior-level scrutiny.
n
nnDevelop and maintain robust, driver-based financial models supporting enterprise forecasting.
n
nnConduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate financial impacts of evolving assumptions.
n
nnStrengthen modeling transparency, governance, and consistency.
n
nnEstablish best practices in analytical frameworks across Corporate FP&A.
n
nnServe as a central integration point across FP&A teams and corporate finance functions.
n
nnManage complex workstreams involving multiple stakeholders.
n
nnOperate with a high degree of autonomy and minimal oversight.
n
nnProactively identify analytical gaps and recommend improvements.
n
n nEducation and Experience
nnnBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
n
nn5-8+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, strategic FP&A, investment banking, equity research, transaction advisory, or other highly analytical environments.
n
nnCPA, CFA, or MBA required.
n
nnPrior experience in analytical roles such as corporate development, equity research, corporate finance, FP&A, and transaction services.
n
nnExperience managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
n
nnStrong financial modeling skills, including developing/ understanding driver-based three-statement models.
n
nnComfort with or willingness to learn financial systems
n
nnWillingness to roll up sleeves and problem- solve.
n
nnHigh attention to detail
n
nnWillingness to work long hours during peak periods
n
nnComfort with ambiguity and an approach to problems based on first principles.
n
nnExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

n nCompensation Data
nFull base salary range $110,000.00- $130,000.00 per year *Liberty considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, training and skills, and geographic location.
