nReSource Pro is seeking a Lead Analyst, Financial Data Compliance to serve as the senior subject matter expert for financial data call and bureau reporting, owning the accurate and timely completion of highly complex financial data submissions to NCCI and state insurance regulatory bodies on behalf of clients. This role leads the resolution of bureau edits and criticisms, trains and mentors reporting staff, and drives the process improvements that protect clients from regulatory fines. Work completed directly impacts trust and partnership with the client.

nand candidates must reside within a commutable distance to support full-time on-site or hybrid work.
nIn this role, you will...
nnnOwn end-to-end completion of complex financial data call templates and submit accurately and timely to NCCI and state insurance regulatory bodies
n
nnLead the resolution of bureau edits, criticisms, and rejections, partnering with Accounting and Technology teams to correct root causes
n
nnTrain and mentor Analyst-level staff on financial data call processes and bureau submission requirements
n
nnLead the design, maintenance, and improvement of complex databases and datafeeds supporting bureau reporting, and identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting tasks
n
nnBuild and maintain subject matter expertise on NCCI and state bureau requirements, representing ReSource Pro professionally with clients and regulators
n
n nWhat You Need to be Successful...
nnnBachelor's degree in Data Management, Finance, or a related field, plus 7+ years of experience in data management, reporting, and financial data call/bureau submission processes
n
nnDirect hands-on experience completing NCCI and/or state financial data call templates and resolving bureau edits and criticisms
n
nnAdvanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, XLOOKUP) and working knowledge of SQL queries and database management
n
nnProven ability to manage high-volume, high-complexity, deadline-driven work across multiple states and clients simultaneously
n
nnStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and drive resolution
n
nnDemonstrated ability to train, mentor, and provide guidance to less experienced team members, with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, including direct communication with regulatory bodies
n
nnTechnological proficiency – able to learn, utilize, and navigate a variety of external and internal systems

nOur salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. The salary range for this role is $55,822-$94,760 per year. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
