Job description
Convatec is seeking a Lead Analyst, Sales Operations to provide analytical support for the sales and commercial teams. You will analyze industry and internal data, identify opportunities, and develop tools and reports to enable sales force effectiveness and growth.
Partner with leadership to implement analytic tools and benchmarks, drive territory optimization, and inform senior leadership with actionable insights. Experience in healthcare analytics and BI is preferred.
