Job description
Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center is seeking a senior leader to oversee Analytical Development and Quality Control for cell and gene therapy programs. This role leads the AD/QC function, collaborates with CDMOs and CTLs, and drives GMP/compliance.
The position manages budgeting, regulatory interactions, and technical strategy, shaping methods and testing designs across viral vectors and cell-based products while mentoring a high-performing team.
