Capital One is seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer - Android to drive mobile platforms using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. You will ship high-quality Android client code, mentor peers, and collaborate across product, UX/UI, QA, and analytics teams in a fast, agile environment.
