Key Responsibilities
Develop seasonal color palettes and narratives for apparel collections.
Translate consumer insights and cultural trends into impactful design stories.
Partner with cross-functional teams to execute design vision from concept to prototype, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Create and deliver high-quality presentations to internal stakeholders, effectively communicating design concepts and strategies.
Contribute to concept development, schematic reviews, and product refinement, ensuring design excellence at every stage.
Support multiple projects while maintaining a high level of creativity and precision, driving successful outcomes.
What You'll Bring
3-6+ years of experience in color design, apparel design, or a related creative field.
A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional color theory, innovative storytelling, and practical product application.
Expertise in industry-standard vector graphics software and proficiency in image manipulation software.
Experience with advanced 3D design and visualization tools.
Solid understanding of textiles, materials, and apparel construction.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, essential for cross-functional teamwork.
A portfolio is required for consideration.
Bonus Points
Experience across various apparel categories.
Strong presentation skills with experience sharing work to senior stakeholders.
Background in performance or lifestyle apparel.
A passion for sport culture and its influence on design.
