Job description
Manatt's Eastern Iowa Asphalt Division in Blue Grass, IA seeks an Asphalt Paving Superintendent to supervise the foreman and field labor on a day-to-day basis. You will directly oversee 3+ crews on multiple projects and ensure adherence to safety, policies, and OSHA requirements.
Responsibilities include coordinating with Project Managers on budgets and timelines, planning daily work with logistics software, and driving efficiency while maintaining quality and compliance with IDOT standards.
