Lead Automotive Technician | $40–$55/Flagged Hr | No Weekends
AutoStream Car Care Center
Location: Towson, MD
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends
Pay Rate: $40–$55 per Flagged Hour
Earning Potential: $80,000–$120,000+ annually

You'll stay on the tools, mentor the team, and earn $40–$55 per flagged hour with $80,000–$120,000+ earning potential .

What You'll Do
Lead advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
Diagnose electrical and drivability concerns
Perform brakes, suspension, alignments, and general repairs
Mentor and support other technicians
Work with Service Advisors to keep workflow moving
Help maintain quality repair standards
What We're Looking For
5+ years of A-Level automotive repair experience
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Maryland State Inspection License required
Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
ASE Certifications preferred but not required
