Job description
We are looking for a Lead Azure Developer to join our engineering team and take ownership of designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure, cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure .
This is a hands-on software engineering leadership role for someone with deep Azure development experience who can solve complex technical challenges, drive architecture and development decisions, and mentor other engineers. Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications and services on Azure.
Develop scalable backend services, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions .
Design and implement solutions using Azure compute, storage, database, messaging, integration, and monitoring services.
Translate business and technical requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions .
Provide technical leadership throughout the complete SDLC, from design and development through deployment and production support.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software engineering, security, performance, and coding standards .
Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Managers, DevOps, QA, Data Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
Troubleshoot complex application and production issues and drive root-cause resolution.
Support CI/CD automation and cloud deployment processes.
Mentor and guide developers, helping establish strong engineering practices and technical standards.
Evaluate new Azure capabilities and recommend technologies that improve scalability, reliability, and engineering efficiency.

Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
Azure DevOps and CI/CD
Docker and Kubernetes
Terraform / Bicep or other Infrastructure-as-Code technologies
Qualifications
7–10+ years of professional software development experience
Significant hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Azure
Proven experience building and supporting production-grade cloud applications
Strong backend development and software engineering fundamentals
Experience leading technical initiatives and making architecture/design decisions
Ability to mentor developers and provide technical direction
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred
