Job description
Helping Hands Family seeks a Lead BCBA to provide in-clinic ABA services for children with autism. You’ll manage a caseload of up to 10 clients and guide up to 5 RBTs while coordinating with clinical directors to ensure best practices.
You are a BCBA with active certification and state licensure where required, focused on ethical, client-centered care and ongoing clinical mentorship within a supportive team.
