Job description
Phoenix Autism Center (PAC) is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services in our day program and during home/community visits as needed. This leadership role requires supervising therapists, managing a caseload, and effectively running a variety of ABA programs in the clinic setting.
The BCBA will ensure ethical practice under HIPAA and BACB codes, develop behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, train parents and school staff, and contribute to progress
