Job description
MonArk ABA in Defiance, OH seeks a Lead BCBA Clinician to oversee ABA services and supervise RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs. This full-time role emphasizes both remote-friendly work and meaningful in-person client contact.
You will deliver at least 29 billable hours weekly, supervise staff, coordinate care with families and schools, and support BCBA evaluations and trainings. Ohio licensure and BACB credentials are required.
