Job description
Highlights Healthcare is seeking an experienced BCBA to serve as Lead BCBA across our Raleigh-Durham locations. The role emphasizes supervision, program development, and quality client outcomes within a clinician-driven environment.
You will mentor BCBA trainees, supervise technicians, design behavior plans, and monitor ABA interventions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and payer requirements. A strong focus on service quality and staff development is required.
