Job description
Helping Hands Family in Pennsylvania is seeking a Lead BCBA to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA services in our clinic.
You will supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs, manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and monitor progress for children aged 2–18.
This role includes mentorship, weekly peer reviews, relocation support, and a competitive salary range of $85,000–$95,000 USD with comprehensive benefits.
