Job description
Ahead ABA in Germantown, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our in-home ABA therapy team. You will develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, run assessments, and partner with families to support each child's growth.
This role offers flexible caseloads and schedules, a strong clinical support system, and meaningful work helping children with autism receive quality care.
