Job description
Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Lead BCBA for the Social Connections Program in Eatontown, NJ. You will provide clinical leadership, maintain a daytime caseload, coach staff, ensure ABA fidelity, and support program growth. The role demands a BCBA in good standing with supervision training, 3+ years in supervisory BCBA roles, and experience with EHR systems (CentralReach preferred).
Work hours are 10:45 a.m. – 7:15 p.m. EST, with a 20-hour weekly billable caseload.
