Job description
Caravel Autism Health in Chesterfield, MO, is seeking a BCBA to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will ensure quality treatment, supervise staff, and collaborate with parents, clinicians, and insurers to optimize outcomes.
You will lead clinical staff development, monitor treatment plans, and help with program modification while maintaining compliance with state and insurance guidelines. A supportive, growth-focused team environment is offered.
