Job description
AES is seeking a Lead Engineer for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to steer safety, reliability, and performance across AES CE assets. You will work with field ops and engineers to implement reliability strategies, oversee audits, and drive improvements in safety, maintenance, and operations.
The role requires advanced data analysis, knowledge of BESS equipment OEMs, and the ability to lead a team through complex technical challenges while traveling up to 35%.
