Lead Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
Full Time Peru, IN, US
Salary Range: $78,000.00 To $95,000.00 Annually

Engaging Minds Autism Services is looking for passionate, driven, and compassionate Lead Board Certified Behavior Analysts!
The Lead BCBA assumes a pivotal role at Engaging Minds Autism Services, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in clinical oversight and supervision. Their responsibilities extend to providing essential leadership and guidance to Clinical staff members, thereby ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

We provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals diagnosed with autism and related developmental disorders. What You’ll Do:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide supervision and training to: Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
RRBTs (Supervision Student)
BCBA/BCABAs
Maintain and support a reduced caseload Provide supervision to assigned clients
Conduct parent trainings/meetings
Complete oversight of program targets
Conduct assessments with new clients
Complete re-authorizations for assigned clients
Create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
Create Transition Plans
Ensure high-quality data analysis and decision-making
Complete minimum billable hours
Participate in and/or lead staff meetings
Assist with client and family onboarding
Uphold BACB standards and ethical, professional conduct
What We’re Looking For:
BCBA Certification (Required)
Indiana Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable
Maintain clean criminal background
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Dedication to upholding BACB Ethical Guidelines
Ongoing participation in continuing education
