Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Brushless Motor Embedded Software Controls – Manager / Sr Manager for a hybrid role in Towson, MD. You will lead embedded software across motor-driven tools, guiding design, integration and testing, and collaborating with battery and motor teams to deliver high‑quality products.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in engineering with 5+ years in leadership, strong communication skills, and a background in sensorless/sensored motor control algorithms.
