Job description
CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Chief Building Engineer in Washington, DC to lead engineering operations, oversee vendors and perform preventive maintenance on building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and grounds.
You’ll work with limited supervision, ensure safety and compliance, supervise engineers as needed, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with clients to minimize downtime. Universal CFC certification and AA or trade school training are required; BA preferred.
