Job description
CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Arlington, VA to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across building interiors and exteriors.
You will monitor building operations, respond to emergencies, supervise outside contractors, and ensure compliance with safety codes while maintaining clean, safe, and efficient facilities for occupants. This role requires authorization to work in the United States.
