Job description
Boston Scientific is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to transform global Capital Equipment service operations across Salesforce/ServiceMax, SAP S/4HANA, and related business processes. This role combines delivery ownership with functional leadership for BAs supporting a pod or delivery stream.
The Lead BA will own complex analyses, manage BA capacity, coordinate testing and release activities, and coach others while ensuring compliant, traceable work products across regions and functions.
