Job description
Gotion Inc. is seeking a Principal Structural & CAE Durability Engineer to lead structural integrity, fatigue, and durability analyses for battery module and pack systems.
This senior role owns the CAE strategy, methods, and automation roadmap, mentoring engineers and partnering with DREs and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has deep experience in FEA-based analysis, automation tools, and applying AI/ML to CAE.
