Job description
Mountainside Treatment Center is seeking a Lead Cafe Server to oversee front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest service. You will mentor staff, coordinate workflow, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in a fast-paced café environment.
The role includes coaching Extended Care clients, handling cash transactions, and supporting opening/closing procedures. A strong customer focus and previous leadership experience are essential.
