Job description
Plastic Executive Recruiters is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead capital projects across multiple facilities, driving process optimization and Lean Six Sigma improvements. You will guide design, commissioning, and start-up while ensuring safe, on-budget execution.
You will mentor engineering talent, develop enterprise-wide standards, and partner with Operations, R&D, Maintenance, Quality, EH&S, and Supply Chain to deliver reliable manufacturing solutions.
