Job description
Integral Senior Living (ISL) seeks a Lead Care Manager in Washington to provide hands-on care, supporting residents physically and emotionally while maintaining a home-like atmosphere. You will play a key role in orienting and training new Care Managers and guiding daily assignments, schedules, and stock.
Responsibilities include monitoring residents, reporting changes, assisting with daily living activities, ensuring safety and dignity, and engaging residents in enrichment activities.
