The Lead Care Professional reports to our Care Coordinators and is part of a small and growing team.We are looking for the right person who can help grow our business and be a valuable team member. Vital components of this position include active engagement with caregivers and building relationships with our clients. The successful candidate will be an energetic professional with a positive can-do attitude and an effective communicator who is eager to help make a difference. We will help position the candidate to be successful in the role with training and a collaborative environment.
