If you enjoy doing something different every day and meeting new people, then this position is for you! Lead Caregivers assist with all new care starts. This means your schedule will be different week to week. You'll have the opportunity to cross-train with a variety of clients and use different skill sets. The ideal Lead Caregiver is compassionate, honest, professional, likeable, flexible, and can get along and verbally communicate with people at all levels.
