Job description
TRAC Builders is seeking an experienced Carpentry Crew Foreman with 5+ years of commercial construction and carpentry to lead field crews across the Boston Metro Area.
The Foreman will supervise carpenters and laborers, coordinate safety, quality, schedules, and workload, read plans, and maintain site discipline and productivity.
OSHA 10 is required, OSHA 30 is desired; the role demands strong leadership, communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach to field challenges.
