Perform skilled rough carpentry, including framing, door, and hardware installation
Read and accurately follow blueprints, plans, and project specifications
Work both independently and as part of a team, depending on project needs
Communicate clearly with project managers, team members and customers throughout each project

Willingness to work occasional late hours or be on-call when needed due to the nature of restoration work
Strong commitment to safety and job site standards
What to Expect
Steady, year-round work
40–45 hours most weeks, with occasional longer days during busy periods
Compensation based on experience and qualifications
Opportunity to grow into higher leadership roles based on performance
