Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 / hour (Overtime, performance bonuses & rapid advancement opportunities)

Responsibilities
Lead daily site operations for deck builds, framing, roofing, siding, and window/door installs
Direct and mentor crew members to keep projects moving efficiently and safely
Ensure work quality meets company standards and project specifications
Maintain a productive, clean, and organized job site
Work safely at heights and across all weather conditions
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Required)
Strong background in residential framing, exterior renovations, and carpentry
Proven ability to lead a crew, take initiative, and solve problems on-site
Must be reliable, punctual, and possess excellent communication skills
Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work on roofs/ladders safely
