At PCSC, you will be a part of a ministry, dedicated to enriching the quality of life for seniors of all faiths while growing your own career.The Village at Summerville is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead CNA to join our team to create a warm hospitality experience for all our residents, staff and visitors. In this position, you will enjoy working with a passionate team to provide quality service throughout our community.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Perform all duties as per the SC Department of Health CNA training programAssist with training and onboarding of the newly hired CNAs and Nursing AssistantsProvide guidance and oversight to ensure CNA work performance meets expectationsEnsure room cleanliness and organization by performing room checks on a weekly basisPromote a cordial environment for the residentsAnswer call lights and provide or assist residents with ADLsStock and distribute supplies as directed.
