Job description
National Grid is hiring a Lead Program Manager (Change Management) to develop and drive change strategies for large-scale Gas initiatives across NY and MA. The role partners with frontline staff, supervisors, and leaders to ensure new processes and technologies are adopted and sustained.
You will build readiness, manage adoption risks, and deliver practical tools, training, and communication plans while traveling regularly to NY and MA sites.
