Job description
Baptist Health - Central Alabama in Montgomery, AL seeks an RN - Charge Nurse to coordinate and evaluate unit activities for quality patient care during the assigned shift. This role reports to the Nurse Manager and will mentor staff while applying nursing process, quality standards, and department goals in line with hospital policies.
The position requires a Nursing degree, RN licensure, BLS, and potentially ACLS/PALS depending on area.
