Job description
Thrive Health Systems is seeking Lead Doctors to develop their own practice within a clinic, alongside other doctors. The role emphasizes leading patient care with about 20 hours of treatment and 20 hours of administration per week, guiding care plans and outcomes.
Typical Lead Doctors are 2–4 years out of school and aim to lead rather than be an associate, leveraging our marketing and support systems to build multi-site impact.
