Job description
Malvern Treatment Centers in Willow Grove, PA is seeking a full-time Lead Clinical Aide to join our Clinical Department. This 11:00am–7:30pm shift is benefit-eligible, with a competitive salary and shift differential.
The Lead Clinical Aide directs 5–6 Clinical Aides on shift, ensures patient safety, maintains staffing, and supports care per the multidisciplinary treatment plan, coordinating with Admissions and Nursing.
