Job description
Sunrise Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a Resident Care Director (RN) to serve as the clinical leader of the community, driving clinical excellence and care coordination with a focus on resident-centered services and regulatory compliance.
You will lead the nursing team, oversee assessments and ISP development, monitor condition changes with physicians, and manage medication and infection control programs while driving QA initiatives and budget/staffing oversight.
