Job description
UW Medicine in Renton, WA seeks a Clinical Laboratory Technician Lead for the Specimen Processing Services team. The role focuses on pre-analytical handling and processing of patient specimens, ensuring timely and accurate preparation for diagnostic testing.
You will lead SPS staff, coordinate workflow, and support adherence to CLIA/CAP/JCAHO standards while collaborating with hospital colleagues to resolve issues and maintain high service levels.
