Job description
McLaren Health Care, headquartered in Grand Blanc, Michigan, seeks a Laboratory Supervisor to oversee the technical and non-technical activities of the clinical laboratory sections, ensuring efficient testing and regulatory compliance. You will guide staff, monitor performance, and contribute to department policies and procedures.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in medical technology, MT (ASCP) certification, and at least four years of related experience. Supervisory experience is preferred.
