About This Role
The Lead Clinical Nurse supports the Clinical Coordinator in delivering high-quality customer service and patient care. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who excel in coordination and team leadership.

What You'll Do
Provide direct patient care and triage member calls.
Make patient call-backs for providers and perform patient teaching.
Assist with procedures based on provider orders and regulatory laws.
Coordinate patient care for hospital admissions and specialty referrals.
Create monthly staffing schedules and assign daily work to department staff.
Assess workloads and make special assignments during peak and slow periods.
Call in staff to meet minimum staffing requirements and authorize overtime.
Resolve difficult and problematic work situations, including member issues.
Serve as a resource for staff by answering questions and providing training.
Assist in the development and revision of department procedures.
