Pfizer is seeking a Clinical Pharmacology Lead to support the End-to-End Internal Medicine portfolio. You will provide clinical pharmacology and MIDD input to project teams and regulatory interactions, using PK/PD, modeling, and patient data to guide development strategies and dosing decisions.
