Job description
Summit Care Inc. seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality PT services to patients, caregivers and facilities.
You will evaluate patients, develop initial and ongoing treatments, supervise assistants, and participate in case management while following state guidelines and facility procedures.
